Premier League All competitions All competitions All competitions Following their 2-1 win at Portman Road in the reverse fixture, Bournemouth are looking to complete their first league double over Ipswich since 1949-50 in the third division south. Ipswich have only won one of their 16 away league games against Bournemouth (D7 L8), beating them 3-2 in September 1953. This is their first visit since a 2-2 draw in the Championship in November 2014. Both teams have scored in each of the last eight league games between Bournemouth and Ipswich stretching back to March 1989, while the Cherries have scored in each of the last 11 against the Tractor Boys. Bournemouth have lost three of their last four Premier League games (D1), this after having only lost three of their previous 18 beforehand (W10 D5). At home, the Cherries have lost three league games in a row, but have never lost four successive matches at the Vitality Stadium in the top-flight. Ipswich have lost eight of their last nine Premier League games (D1), including their last four on the bounce. Not since December 2011 have the Tractor Boys more lost more successive league matches (7), last doing so in the Premier League in April 1995 (8). A league-high 59% of Ipswich’s points in the Premier League this season have come away from home (10/17). Indeed, three of the last four occasions of the Tractor Boys avoiding defeat in the league have been in away games, winning at Wolves in December, and drawing at Fulham in January and Aston Villa in February. Only Liverpool (66. 1) and Chelsea (57. 1) have recorded a higher expected goals total in the Premier League this season than Bournemouth (53. 8), while only Southampton (69. 6) have a higher expected goals against figure in the division this term than Ipswich (58. 3). Bournemouth have scored first in both of their last two league games but failed to win each time (D1 L1); indeed, since Andoni Iraola joined the club at the start of last season, only Brentford (16) and Tottenham Hotspur (15) have failed to win more Premier League matches in which they went 1-0 up than the Cherries (14). Antoine Semenyo has carried the ball 5, 373m in the Premier League this season, more than any non-defender. 54 of his carries have ended in either Semenyo shooting (32) or creating a chance (22), with only Cole Palmer (58) and Mohamed Salah (56) doing so more in the competition this term. The top two players in the Premier League this season for fouls conceded are Ipswich’s Liam Delap (60) and Bournemouth’s Antoine Semenyo (59), while the Cherries have committed more fouls than any team in the division this campaign (399).
