Bayern Munich have opened negotiations over a new contract for England captain Harry Kane The 32-year-old has been subject to speculation over a potential return to the Premier League 'No, [I'm not considering coming back] at the moment. I'm really happy here. I have two years left on my contract, ' he said last September. 'I'm enjoying every moment. [A return] is not in my thought process. I'm enjoying it with the team, with the coach, and hopefully we continue to be successful. ' Kane is the Premier League's all-time second-top scorer with 213 goals. He is 47 behind Alan Shearer and many have speculated whether the striker would want to come back and beat that record. The striker made his first appearance for the Spurs first team in April 2014 spent more than nine years in north London, during which time he was subject to numerous bids from Pep Guardiola's Man City. Kane failed to win a trophy at Spurs but won last season's Bundesliga in Munich - under the management of Vincent Kompany - as well as the German Super Cup in August 2025. He has an astonishing 119 goals and 30 assists in 126 appearances across all competitions for the German club. Bayern are on course for another domestic title win this season - they currently lead Borussia Dortmund by eight points in the German top flight - and are second in the Champions League's league phase table. They were knocked out in the quarter-final of the Champions League last season by eventual finalists Inter Milan.
