By HARRY BAMFORTH and MATT BARLOW AT VITALITY STADIUM and AADAM PATEL AT CRAVEN COTTAGE Published: 05: 01 AEDT, 6 December 2024 | Updated: 08: 57 AEDT, 6 December 2024 43 View comments Follow Mail Sport's live blog for the latest scores, team news and updates as Bournemouth host Tottenham and Fulham travel to Brighton in Premier League action. By Harry Bamforth Andoni Iraola decides to make his final three changes. Evanilson, Marcus Tavernier, and Antoine Semenyo are all hooked in the final few minutes. David Brooks, Phillip Billing, and Enes Unal all come on. By Harry Bamforth My word, this is getting ridiculous now. Now it's Dango Ouattara who blazes the ball high over the bar inside the area. Groans then ring around the ground as the Bournemouth fans are growing frustrated. Somehow, Tottenham are still alive in this game. By Harry Bamforth How have Bournemouth not scored a second? The hosts really should be out of sight and they miss yet another brilliant chance. Antoine Semenyo does well down the right and pulls the ball back to Marcus Tavernier but he can't keep his effort on target. Will they live to regret these misses? By Harry Bamforth Tottenham may be playing poor, but they are not out of this one yet. Yves Bissouma fires the ball over the bar but then the flag goes up for offside. Ange Postecoglou then brings on Timo Werner and Lucas Bergvall as they search for a late equaliser. By Harry Bamforth Ryan Christie is serenaded by the Bournemouth fans as he makes his way off the pitch. He put in one hell of a shit, in fairness. He is replaced by fan favourite Lewis Cook who returns to action for the first time after injury. By Harry Bamforth This second goal does not feel far away now. Evanilson is desperate to get one of his efforts to count and has a crack from the edge of the area. It's a venomous hit but flashes just wide of the post and smashes someone's face in the crowd. Now that is going to hurt. By Harry Bamforth Fraser Forster's blushes are spared. .. VAR disallows the goal, rightfully so, but that won't get Forster out of Ange Postecoglou's dog house. I have no idea what he was thinking. By Harry Bamforth VAR are checking for offside. In my book, Evanilson looks comfortably ahead of both Fraser Forster and the last defender. This will surely be chalked off. By Harry Bamforth Fraser Forster, what are you doing? The Tottenham goalkeeper plays a hospital pass to his defender and Bournemouth pounce. The ball falls to Evanilson three yards out and he taps home, but is he in an offside position. It looks like thinks he is. .. By Harry Bamforth My word, the pace of this game really has gone up a notch. It's end-to-end and now it's Ryan Christie who comes close to finding the back of the net, He cuts inside on the edge of the box and then pulls the ball back across Fraser Forster. The keeper doesn't move but is relieved to see the ball hit the base of the post. Surely this game won't end 1-0? By Harry Bamforth Pedro Porro certainly knows how to strike a ball. His first involvement nearly ends in a stunning goal as he races onto a loose ball. The substitute arrows the ball toward the corner but Kepa Arrizabalaga does well to beat it away. The chances are coming thick and fast now. By Harry Bamforth No goals for Justin Kluivert today. He sees his name on the fourth official's board and angrily trudges off the pitch. Not a happy man. Dango Ouattara is on in place of him. By Matt Barlow At Vitality Stadium By Harry Bamforth Oh no, this is not good. .. Ben Davies has gone down injured and can't continue his landmark 300th Premier League match. It's another defensive injury for Spurs and means Archioe Gray will have to move into the centre of defence. Pedro Porro comes on and slots in at right-back. By Harry Bamforth So nearly the equaliser! Tottenham are really starting to ramp up the pressure now and James Maddison comes close to levelling things up. He does well in the area and then tries to bend the ball into the top corner. It's a good effort but it floats inches wide of the post. By Harry Bamforth Nearly the instant impact from Son Heung-Min. With his first touch of the game, he prods the ball into the back of the net from close range. He goes away to celebrate but then realises the flag is up, and he is indeed offside. That would have been some way to respond to your critics. By Harry Bamforth Ange Postecoglou has seen enough. Son Heung-Min enters the action with a point to prove after the recent criticism of the Spurs skipper. He replaces Pape Sarr - can he deliver! By Harry Bamforth My word, what a ball from Dejan Kulusevski. The Tottenham midfielder bends a sublime cross into the six-yard box with Ben Davies steaming in at the back stick. For some reason, the defender seems to duck out of the header and the cross beats everybody. The ball deserved a finish. By Harry Bamforth Job done for Fulham! The Cottagers go one point and place behind Brighton thanks to a brace from Alex Iwobi and a Matt O'Riley own goal. The Seagulls had periods of real pressure but the quality of the hosts just shone through in the end. Iwobi is now getting a lot of hugs from his team-mates after the final whistle, what a performance from him. By Harry Bamforth Justin Kluivert, why didn't you pass? The winger shows his wheels by racing away from Destiny Udogie on the break and just has to square the ball for Evanilson. The striker would have a tap-in but Kluivert decides to go alone and sees his effort saved by Fraser Forster. Evanlison is not happy with him at all. By Harry Bamforth That's a little better from Tottenham. Brennan Johnson finds Destiny Udogie down the left-hand side of the area and the full-back tries to square the ball across goal. It goes behind for a corner, but it's wasted. By Harry Bamforth Not much to report from the south coast so far this half, nothing is happening whatsoever. Considering how poor they were in the first half, you'd at least think Tottenham would come out fighting. We are yet to see them do it, though. By Harry Bamforth The teams are back out at the Vitality Stadium. Despite Matt Barlow's suspicions, Ange Postecoglou has not made any changes. It won't take long for him to do so if Sopurs carry on in the same vain this half, though. Let's see! By Harry Bamforth Alex Iwobi at the double! The midfielder finishes off Brighton with a lovely finish, and then gets his dancing shoes on in celebration. The ball breaks for him in the box, he takes a touch and then buries it into the side-netting of the far corner. Game. Set. Match. By Matt Barlow At Vitality Stadium By Harry Bamforth It's all Fulham now - Brighton simply can't get out. The hosts are really in their groove and Andreas Pereira looks to cause more chaos from a free-kick. However, the Seagulls just about manage to clear it. By Harry Bamforth Fulham are back in front! They have been ramping up the pressure and get a slice of luck to put them back in control. Substitute Andres Pereira whips in a lovely cross and it bounces off Matt O'Riley's backside and into the net. He now has a face like a slapped bum, if you'll pardon the pun. By Harry Bamforth Look, it's a great header from Dean Huijsen, but my word is the defending from Tottenham terrible. The defender literally drifts in at the back post unnoticed, it's far too easy. Still, it's a brilliant finish. By Harry Bamforth What a night it has been so far for Dean Huijsen. After a slightly shaky start, he nodded a superb finish into the back of the Tottenham net after 17 minutes. Aged 19 years and 235 days, Huijsen is the first-ever teenager to score for Bournemouth in the Premier League. He's the youngest player whose first Premier League goal came against Tottenham since Phil Foden in April 2019. He will remember this night for a very long time! By Harry Bamforth Oh no. .. Reiss Nelson has pulled up with a hamstring injury at Brighton and has been forced off. It didn't look good whatsoever and I have a feeling he could be out for a very long time. A huge shame for the winger and the club. By Harry Bamforth Bournemouth lead at the break. Dean Huijsen's header separates the sides at the break and he raises his arms to the crowd before heading off the pitch. Spurs have just not been at the races and can be thankful they are not further behind. Mr. Hyde is rearing his head. By Harry Bamforth Fraser Forster comes up trumps for Tottenham again! Marcus Tavernier gets a second chance to fund the back of the net but is foiled by a fine stop. Milos Kerkez found him in the middle, but he fires his header straight at Forster. Still, the keeper does well to beat it away from danger. By Aadam Patel At Craven Cottage By Harry Bamforth Tottenham are really struggling to break this Bournemouth side down. The Cherries look so comfortable sitting deep with the visitors struggling to fins the pass that opens things up. They could do it all night. By Harry Bamforth Tottenham are finally finding their feet in this game. They have Bournemouth pinned back and are now winning corners for fun. The Cheeries won't mind though because it means more chances to launch a counter-attack. By Harry Bamforth Oh dear. .. Yves Bissouma is having a stinker on the south coast, and he looks like he is not enjoying it whatsoever. The midfielder sprays a pass into the stands which brings cheers from the Bournemouth fans. The camera then cuts to his face which is looking rather sad. By Harry Bamforth Milos Kerkez looks like he is having a great time. The full-back manages to draw a foul from Pape Sarr and then gestures to the crowd to get singing. He does it with a smile, but you can tell he means it because the crowd are pretty quiet. By Harry Bamforth Oh, I thought that was the second! Marcus Tavernier thinks it is too as he finishes off another brilliant Bournemouth counter. But he soon sees that the flag is up and he just made his run too early. Once again though, Tottenham's high line is exploited by the Cheeri es. By Harry Bamforth Now they are level! After all the chances they have missed, Carlos Baleba manages to equalise with one of the hardest of the night. The ball bounces his way 25 yards out and he arrows the ball across Bernd Leno and into the bottom corner. Then come the acrobatics, that's some way to mark your return. By Harry Bamforth Brighton really should be level, I can't believe that they aren't. Another chance comes their way as a corner is plonked onto the head of Jan Paul van Hecke. He is practically unmarked but gets his header slightly wrong and it drops just over the bar. You have to score chances like that. By Harry Bamforth Bournemouth really aren't giving Tottenham an inch. They are barely giving the visitors any time on the ball with their press, while they're also flying into tackle. Ryan Christie has just wiped out James Maddison and somehow avoided a booking. By Harry Bamforth Oh Rodrigo Muniz, stop it! The Fulham striker is balling out at the Cottage and I for love am enjoying watching him. He flicks the ball over a defender's head and then arrows a perfect cross-pitch pass over to the left. That's what I call skill. By Harry Bamforth Bournemouth are purring now. The Cherries are really in the mood and now Marcus Tavernier wants to turn from provider to scorer. He has a crack from miles out but it's a poor effort and drifts comfortably wide of the post. Simon Hooper then books Yves Bissouyma for fouling Justin Kluivert earlier in the move. By Harry Bamforth Right, the ball is in play again in west London. I am almost certain we will see some more goals after what we witnessed in the first-half. But who will end on top? By Matt Barlow At Vitality Stadium By Harry Bamforth The Cherries are at it again! It's a monumental moment for Dean Huijsen as the 19-year-old defender scores his first goal for the club. Tottenham looks asleep at the back and the defender simply sneaks in at the far post to head home. A brilliant finish, but terrible defending. By Harry Bamforth That's a huge save from Fraser Forster! The goalkeeper displays superb reactions to deny Evanilson from just four yards out. Spurs fail to clear their lines and the ball somehow bounces to the striker, but he can't take advantage. I thought that as a certain goal. By Harry Bamforth The atmosphere is pretty pants at the Vitality Stadium. That may sound harsh, but in a night game against a 'Big Six' side, you'd expect it to be better. But no, it's deadly silent there. To be fair though, the weather will hardly be making the fans feel great in the stands. It's horrible. By Harry Bamforth Dominic Solanke looks desperate to score against his old side here. He capitalises on another mistake from the Bournemouth defence and breaks into the area. Rather than looking for a team-mate, though, he goes for goal and sees his effort blocked. There was only one thing on his mind, and it wasn't passing. By Harry Bamforth Oh, Dominic Solanke. .. The Tottenham striker is given the perfect chance to score against his former side but fluffs his lines. Young centre-back Dean Huijsen fails to deal with the ball as the last man and allows Solanke to race through. The striker breaks into the box and you just think he is going to put away the chance. But no, under a bit of pressure, e he smashes the ball into the crowd. By Harry Bamforth What did I say, eh? Moments after I wrote the last post Bournemouth begin to break and Ben Davies has to bring down Evanilson. It means just five minutes into his 300th Premier League appearance, he has a yellow card. Now he has to be very good. By Harry Bamforth There goes the whistle. Fulham lead at the break but my word will they feel fortunate to be in that position. An entertaining half started quickly with a strike from Alex Iwobi but it was Brighton who were knocking at the door most of the time. There are plenty more goals in this one. By Harry Bamforth A slow start to this one. Tottenham are just knocking the ball about with Bournemouth sitting rather deep. I have a feeling the Cherries will just want to exploit the visitors' high line with their pace on the break. Let's see if they do. By Matt Barlow At Vitality Stadium By Harry Bamforth Wow, that was bizarre. Mats Wieffer sees his effort blocked and it flies miles over the bar, but it was not the run-of-the-mill block. The ball bounced off two Fulham defenders' heads who were stood just inches from each other. I have never seen that before. By Harry Bamforth My word, it really is lashing it down on the south coast. The players are indeed soaked as they huddle together for the final time before kick-off. It's that drizzly kind of rain that is just incredibly annoying. Anyway, the players are just going to have to put up with it as Tottenham get us underway. By Harry Bamforth Marco Silva is currently rubbing his hand against his chin, he is cleary deep in thought. My guess would be that he is thinking about how he can change things as Fulham are really on the back foot. They might be winning, but Brighton are playing the better footie. By Harry Bamforth Brighton are all over Fulham now. It's wave after wave of attacks from the visitors and you just feel like a goal isn't far away. Fulham are standing strong for now, though. By Harry Bamforth How are Brighton not level? The visitors slice open Fulham with ease and Kaoru Mitoma arrows the ball across the area. It reaches Simon Adingra who just seems destined to score an equaliser, but he smashes the ball straight at Bernd Leno. Just put it in the corner, son! By Harry Bamforth Ooft, that's a nasty challenge from Sander Berge. The midfielder absolutely clatters through the back of Joao Pedro and the Brighton players are not happy at all. They surround the referee who only pulls out his yellow card to book Berge. I mean, it was bad but it's not a red. By Harry Bamforth Oooft, don't you just love the sound of a ball being blocked? I certainly do and Timothy Castagne has just made one from close range to stop a Kaoru Mitoma cross. The winger smashed the ball so hard against the full-back's leg that it made a huge thumping sound. Just reminds me of playing five-a-side. .. By Harry Bamforth Oh, it's so nearly two. .. Rodrigo Muniz does really well down the right and arrows a ball across the area hoping it gets a touch. Harry Wilson steams in to meet it but can't get a strong enough connection to get the ball on target. A lovely move. By Harry Bamforth Brighton are rapid in transition, they really are. The Seagulls fly forward on the break and exploit the gaps left by Fulham. The ball then falls at the feet of Simon Asdingra who only has eyes for the goal. He cuts inside and then aims for the far corner, but just gets it horribly wrong. The effort is so bad it nearly leaves the stadium. By Harry Bamforth Calvin Bassey, you silly, silly boy. .. The defender goes bananas after giving away a foul as he thinks it shouldn't be. He shouts at the referee then actions to throw the ball at the ground, and just about gets away with avoiding a yellow card. If he is booked, Bassey will miss the game against Arsenal at the weekend. By Harry Bamforth The frantic nature of this game is starting to calm down, just a little bit though. I mean, it's been a thoroughly enjoyable game so far, so I don't really want it to get quieter. By Harry Bamforth My word, this really is end-to-end! Now it's Brighton who cause problems as Kaoru Mitoma whips a delightful ball into the Fulham area. The home side struggle to clear the ball and it falls to Joao Pedro who tries to hammer it toward goal. It takes a huge deflection that manages to halt its momentum, and the hosts then clear. You can't keep your eyes off this game. By Harry Bamforth What a start we have had here at Craven Cottage. Just as it looks like Brighton are growing into the game, Fulham nearly grab a second. They win a corner and it's whipped in expertly toward Rodrigo Muniz in the middle. He leaps highest and hammers a header toward the bottom corner, but it flashes just wide. By Harry Bamforth OK, now Brighton have woken up. .. It's almost like they have been told about my criticism. Only joking, I'm not that self-absorbed. .. Anyway, Joao Pedro is released down the right-hand side of the area and tries to hammer the ball in at the near post. But Bernd Leno does well to get low and beat it away. By Harry Bamforth That passage of play just about sums up Brighton's start. They finally string some passes together and make their way to the edge of the Fulham area. The ball comes to Carlos Baleba and he fancies his chances from distance but blasts it miles over the bar. By Harry Bamforth The camera has just panned to Fabian Hurzeler in the stands and he looks far from impressed. It's no surprise really, his Brighton team have had an awful start here - being cut through at will. By Harry Bamforth What happens to Brighton when they play Fulham? They are all over the place and are sliced open by the home side yet again. A long ball from Bernd Leno is flicked into the path of Alex Iwobi and he looks like he is away. But Igor Julio just does enough to put him off as he pulls the trigger inside the area. I mean, we did say this would be entertaining! By Aadam Patel At Craven Cottage By Harry Bamforth Bart Verburggen, what are you doing? The Brighton goalkeeper has just given Alex Iwobi a Christmas gift inside four minutes. The Dutchman passes the ball straight to the Fulham man to slide into an empty net. I really have no idea what he was thinking, I'm a little bit stunned. By Harry Bamforth You'd have thought all the bells and whistles before this match would have pumped the home fans up, right? Well, it hasn't. In fact, the only supporters you can hear are the Brighton ones in the corner, they are making some noise. By Harry Bamforth Right, we have seen fireworks prior to this match, now will these two teams produce them on the pitch. Brighton get this match underway in their yellow away strip after a brief blast of some more techno music. It really is a party atmosphere here. By Harry Bamforth Is this a football stadium, or a club? Craven Cottage is in party mode as they display a wonderful light show before the teams come out of the tunnel. Techno music then plays to pump the crowd up and there are even fireworks. I mean, you can't knock it. But that all comes to an end as the players shake hands and take to their positions. Kick-off is just moments away. By Harry Bamforth Over on the south coast, it's a big night for Ben Davies. By starting this evening, the Tottenham centre-back has reached a major milestone. Davies will step onto the turf in the Premier League for the 300th time in his career. That's one hell of an achievement. I'm sure all he will be thinking about is the game, though, and he will be hoping to mark his special day with a win. Can he do it? By Harry Bamforth Fabian Hurzeler, Brighton boss, speaking to Amazon Prime: On having to watch from the stands: By Harry Bamforth Right, we finally have an update on Danny Welbeck. I am guessing many of you were expecting him to be involved for Brighton tonight, but he has not travelled to the capital. Fabian Hurzeler has just confirmed to Amazon Prime that he picked up a 'small issue' in the draw against Southampton. It is likely he will return at the weekend, though. By Harry Bamforth Marco Silva, Fulham boss, speaking to Amazon Prime: By Harry Bamforth Right, it's time for us all to get ourselves in the mood. Kick-off is now just 15 minutes away at a rain-soaked Craven Cottage, and I bet the players are not looking forward to getting drenched. To be fair, the warm-up they have just completed has already got them pretty wet, so they are prepared. By Aadam Patel At Craven Cottage By Harry Bamforth Fulham have been an absolute joy to watch this season, haven't they? Well, I have certainly found them entertaining. Marco Silva's side have scored in 12 consecutive Premier League matches, scoring 18 goals in those games. If they score again this evening, they will break a club record which was set 65 years ago. I mean, the last time they failed to score was in the opening game of the season away at Manchester United. Can they keep their run going tonight? By Matt Barlow At Vitality Stadium By Harry Bamforth Better late than never, I guess? They made us wait but Bournemouth have announced that they have made two changes to the side that beat Wolves on Saturday. Antoine Semenyo is back in for David Brooks following injury while Dean Huijsen is in for Marcos Senesi. Justin Kuivert does of course start again. By Harry Bamforth We have our answer! Dominic Solanke comes straight back into the team following illness to take on his former team. He is one of three changes to the side that drew at home to Fulham at the weekend. Despite his defence of Son Heung-Min, Ange Postecoglou has dropped him and James Maddison will captain the side. Dejan Kulusevski and Archi Gray both come into the team. By Harry Bamforth Tonight is going to feel weird for Dominic Solanke. This time last year, the striker was banging in goals for fun in a Bournemouth shirt. Well, now he is set to return to the Vitality Stadium for the first time since his move to Tottenham in the summer. Solanke was unavailable at the weekend due to illness, but I bet he ensured he had a lot of Nurofen to make sure he was fit tonight. If that's what he did, it certainly worked. It will be interesting to see if Ange Postecoglou thrusts him straight back into the side this evening. I'm sure Solanke will be desperate to start. By Harry Bamforth Chris Sutton, It's All Kicking Off! co-host, on BBC Sport: By Harry Bamforth I am looking forward to seeing this man in action again. At the weekend, Justin Kluivert became the first player in the Premier League to score a hat-trick of penalties at Wolves. Not only that, but he was the first top-flight player to manage it in 67 years. Mental. Some of you may be saying 'They're just penalties', but to score three in one game is seriously impressive. The Dutchman has been seriously impressive this season, with seven goal contributions to his name. Spurs will certainly have to be wary of him. Well, if he starts - I'm assuming he will. Rotation does happen though, as we all know. By Harry Bamforth I love using this pun. It may not be the most creative, but it's a great way to set up a post when a team have a good record against Bournemouth. And well, that's exactly what Tottenham have. Spurs have only lost two of their 14 Premier League meetings with the Cherries, winning 10 of them. They have scored 35 goals in those games which is an average of 2. 5 goals per game. So, I think we can expect a goal-fest tonight. By Harry Bamforth Marco Silva, Fulham boss, speaking on Wednesday: By Harry Bamforth Every team has its bogey team, doesn't it? Manchester City have Tottenham, Liverpool have Crystal Palace, and well, Arsenal's is Brighton. The Seagulls are no different, they have one too. It happens to their opponents tonight, Fulham. Brighton have never managed to beat the Cottagers in the Premier League. They have tried eight times and failed all eight. Three of their four losses against Fulham have come at Craven Cottage, it's not a happy hunting ground for them. Runs have to come to an end at some point though, right? By Harry Bamforth Are we all in the Christmas spirit? Well, it certainly seems like Calvin Bassey is as he enters Craven Cottage for the big match. Whoever decorated that tree did a smashing job. I must admit, I have not been the most Christmassy in the past few days, but this photo has made me want to break Whamageddon. Crazy, right? By Harry Bamforth Today is one of those days when I am thankful to be sat in an office rather than in the stadium. It is lashing it down in Bournemouth at the moment while the wind is swirling too. If you are heading to the Vitality Stadium, make sure you have a big raincoat on and one that actually works. .. Sadly, I have made that mistake far too many times. These are the types of conditions that can really have an effect on the game. By Matt Barlow At Vitality Stadium By Harry Bamforth Ange Postecoglou, Tottenham boss, speaking on Wednesday: By Harry Bamforth If there are any Arsenal and Manchester City fans reading this, I must warn you, I am about to open up some wounds. Those wounds were inflicted by Bournemouth who seem to love doing damage to top teams. Andoni Iraola's side were simply superb against both the Gunners and City, beating the pair of them comfortably. So, I'm sure they will be licking their lips at the sight of Tottenham. As we all know, some days Spurs can be one of the best sides in the Premier League on their day. When they aren't at it, though, they are there for the taking. I must say, I really can't call which way this one is going to go, but there is no doubt that it will be pure entertainment. You all better strap yourselves in, it's going to be one hell of a ride. By Harry Bamforth Carlos Baleba does indeed return to the starting line-up. However, it is not for Matt O'Riley who keeps his spot in the midfield, but rather Yasin Ayari. Lewis Dunk also makes his first start after returning from injury while Simon Adingra and Mats Wieffer also come in. However, Danny Welbeck is not in the squad at all. By Harry Bamforth Jeez, Marco Silva is going very attacking tonight. The Spnaird brings in attacking midfielder Harry Wilson to replace the suspended Sasa Lukic. Interesting decision, but it will make the game entertaining. Meanwhile, Rodrigo Muniz is brought in for Raul Jimenez, who drops to the bench. The third and final change is in the defence as Timothy Castagne comes in for Kenny Tete. Happy with this side, Fulham fans? By Harry Bamforth Brighton fans will be happy about this news. One of their star midfielders Carlos Baleba is set to return to the squad after serving a one-match suspension. The 20-year-old was a huge miss for the Seagulls in their draw against Southampton, they lacked control in the middle of the park without him marshalling it. The question is, will he come straight back in to start? Speaking of suspended midfielders, both Tom Cairney and Sas Lukic will not be available for Fulham tonight. Cairney was shown a straight red card after earning his team a draw away at Tottenham, while Lukic has just picked up too many yellow cards. It's suspension season. By Harry Bamforth I always get excited when I get the opportunity to cover Brighton, they always deliver entertainment. The Seagulls have been superb so far this season and currently sit fifth in the Premier League, just three points off Manchester City. With a win this evening, they can climb into the top four. They have only lost once in their last seven league matches, and that was to leaders Liverpool, so their form stands them in good stead. However, I was at the Amex last week when they faced Southampton, and they were not at their best. After a strong first-half display, they allowed the league's bottom side to come back into the match and ended up dropping points. When hunting for European football, those are games you have to win. That's been and gone, though, and all of Fabian Hurzeler's thoughts will be about how they can return to winning ways against Fulham tonight. It's not going to be easy, that's for sure. Other than an out-of-the-blue loss to Wolves two weeks ago, Marco Silva's side have been playing some lovely stuff lately. I have a feeling the two teams will serve up a cracker, don't you? By Harry Bamforth Right, before we really sink our teeth into the build-up, let's take a look at the Premier League table. All four teams have an opportunity to climb up the table this evening, there is a lot to play for. Brighton will have their eyes on that top four and can leapfrog Manchester City into it if they beat Fulham. But if the London side get one over on the Seagulls, they could climb as high as sixth, depending on Tottenham's result. Spurs will be aiming to climb above Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest themselves as they aim to cut the gap to the top four. Meanwhile, Bournemouth will be keen on getting into the top half of the table, which they can do with a victory. So to put it bluntly, none of us know how this will look come the end of the day. By Harry Bamforth Yes, there are only two matches tonight, but I still want to write my obligatory schedule post. Both are being played at different times, so it's only right that I inform you when. Here is tonight's menu: By Harry Bamforth The action is just never-ending, is it? I am only just recovering from a relentless evening of action yesterday, and it's already time to go again. I'm not complaining, though, I love it. We have two matches on the menu this evening, starting with a battle between Fulham and Brighton at Craven Cottage. Then comes the main event as Tottenham travel to giant killers Bournemouth, who eat 'Big Six' sides for dinner. They have already chewed up and spat out both Arsenal and Manchester City at the Vitality Stadium this season. Can they do the same to Spurs? Well, we will have to wait and see, won't we? Before that kicks off, though, we have a lot of build-up to get through. So, with that being said, let's get cracking.
