Mathys Tel's representatives are to seek clarity from Tottenham over his future this week.   Manager Thomas Frank admitted the French forward is upset at being left out of their Champions League squad for fit-again Dominic Solanke who scored against Dortmund on Tuesday night. Tel wants to make a play for France’s World Cup squad but is not playing enough. Paris FC had shown interest, Roma and Bundesliga sides but Spurs ideally want another attacking player in first. Tottenham have a long-held interest in Liverpool midfielder Curtis Jones but are yet to make that known officially to the Anfield club. At this stage, the 24-year-old remains a key player for Arne Slot and has spoken previously about wishing to emulate his idol Steven Gerrard by seeing out his career playing for Liverpool. Tottenham signed the midfielder they needed in Conor Gallagher but still want an extra attacking threat.   Curtis Jones has spoken about his desire to see out his career with Liverpool but is of interest to Tottenham Rennes have asked if Jeremy Jacquet could be loaned back as part of ongoing negotiations to sell him to Chelsea. The French side have been reluctant to lose the 20-year-old in this window and are looking for £55million knowing Liverpool and Bayern Munich are in the background, but for the summer. Chelsea recalled David Datro Fofana from his loan in Turkey earlier this week which would free up another international loan slot but they also have the futures of Raheem Sterling and Axel Disasi to resolve who have interest from abroad. Bournemouth have agreed a £30. 6m deal in principle with Vasco da Gama to sign forward Rayan. Talks have been ongoing over the past week after the 19-year-old showed a willingness to join the south coast club ahead of waiting for other bidders in the summer. He will fill the void left by Antoine Semenyo and is expected to travel to the UK later this week. Bournemouth had to navigate Vasco’s shared ownership structure to get the deal concluded. Rayan, who has agreed a five and a half year deal, is a Brazilian international at U17 and U20 level and has been on the radar of Brazil boss Carlo Ancelotti. Stoke are in talks over a £4m deal for Dutch striker Milan Smit. The 22-year-old from Go Ahead Eagles has scored ten goals this season. Stoke boss Mark Robins has been forced into the market after Divin Mubama, who was on loan from Manchester City, suffered ligament damage during a challenge against QPR on Saturday. Liverpool defender Kostas Tsimikas is continuing to attract attention from Nottingham Forest. The Greece international is still on loan at Roma but the Italians are looking at ways to re-shape their squad this window and may curtail his loan to help fix issues elsewhere.   Sean Dyche wants a left back and left winger to strengthen his Forest side in their bid to stave off relegation and Tsimikas, with his Premier League experience, is on their radar still.   Liverpool have yet to receive an official enquiry but are aware of ongoing interest owing to the 29-year-old’s situation at Roma.   Man United have been offered Nigeria international Wilfred Ndidi from Besiktas on loan but are not pursuing a deal for the former Leicester City midfielder as it stands. United midfielder Toby Collyer’s proposed loan move to Hull City is now more likely to be confirmed next week. The 22-year-old was expected to undergo a medical last weekend but that has been delayed as he wants to recover properly from a recent calf injury and be fully fit to contribute.   Manchester City midfielder Oscar Bobb is closing on a move to Fulham if the clubs can agree on the structure of a £35million transfer. Arsenal winger Ethan Nwaneri will arrive in Marseille today ahead of joining on loan for the rest of the season. Aston Villa have enquired about Crystal Palace striker Jean-Philippe Mateta after Juventus were rebuffed in their offer for the 28-year-old. Palace have an interest in Villa striker Evann Guessand. Winger Leon Bailey returned to Villa from Roma last night after his loan was cut short. Ajax are interested in the Jamaica international. Villa are among the clubs to have been offered AC Milan midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek who is ready to move back to England. A return for Douglas Luiz has also been floated to Villa after Boubacar Kamara was ruled out for most of the season. Luiz is on loan at Nottingham Forest from Juventus. Crystal Palace striker Jean-Philippe Mateta (right) is of interest to Aston Villa  Ajax are trying to sign Arsenal left-back Oleksandr Zinchenko on a permanent deal.   His medical was delayed yesterday as Ajax tried to upgrade their original loan proposal.   They had also been rebuffed in a loan offer for Manchester United's Manuel Ugarte. Chelsea have stepped into the race for highly-rated Sheffield Wednesday left back Yisa Alao. Manchester United and Liverpool had both made offers for the 17-year-old who has already broken into the first team and has been offered his first professional contract. United had offered around £400, 000 with substantial add-ons and were considered favourites but Chelsea are willing to offer more to crisis club Wednesday who are struggling to stay in the Championship following their points deduction. He started his first senior game at home to Brentford in the FA Cup earlier this month, followed by a first Championship start against Portsmouth last weekend. Alao was outstanding in Wednesday's defeat to Portsmouth but was taken off after an hour as manager Henrik Pedersen tries to manage his progress and minutes on the pitch. Chelsea are understood to be willing to offer around £600, 000 plus substantial bonuses on performances for Alao but also under serious consideration will be the youngster's career pathway. Wednesday entered administration in October 2025 due to severe financial issues under owner Dejphon Chansiri, leading to unpaid wages, EFL charges, and an18-point deduction. Begbies Traynor were appointed administrators, and a consortium led by James Bord has been selected as the preferred bidder for a takeover, with the process awaiting final approval. Yisa Alao is a target for Premier League heavy hitters and Chelsea are in the race  Ipswich Town are signing Chelsea forward Charlie Runham on loan with an option to buy the 19-year-old. Norwich City are trying to sign Bodo/Glimt goal hero Kasper Hogh, the Danish striker who scored twice against Manchester City last night.   Leeds United have confirmed the arrival of 18-year-old Leonard Ngenge. The centre-back has two senior Nigeria caps but will start with Leeds’ under-21s.   He has signed until June 2027. He was previously with Remo Stars FC. West Ham midfielder Guido Rodriguez is wanted on loan at Valencia.   The Hammers have agreed to sign Venezuela winger Keiber Lamadrid on loan from Deportivo La Guaira.   They are also among the clubs to have checked on Axel Disasi's situation at Chelsea. West Ham have checked on the situation of Axel Disasi (above) at Chelsea  Watford have signed free agent midfielder Edoardo Bove on a six-month deal. The 23-year-old had a cardiac arrest 14 months ago. Sheffield United defender Nils Zatterstrom is in talks to join Genoa. Bournemouth have confirmed the signing of Alex Toth from Ferencvaros on a five-and-a-half-year deal for £10. 4m plus £2. 6m and a sell on. Birmingham are frontrunners for Brighton winger Jeremy Sarmiento. Jamaica international Kasey Palmer is in talks to join Luton Town today.  The 29-year old is due to undergo a medical ahead of his switch from Hull City.   Palmer, who started out at Chelsea, has made nine appearances for Hull this season and would be a loan signing.
