Enzo Maresca is trying to get his team back on track after five games without a win, but revealed how Palmer and Co are currently ‘doubts’ for their next Premier League clash at home. Palmer and Colwill received kicks during their 2-2 draw with Bournemouth, while Lavia and Fernandez are currently absentees in training due to muscular fatigue. Maresca said at Cobham on Friday: ‘We have Cole and Levi not in the session, Enzo not in the session, Romeo not in the session. Four players who are a doubt because of the last game. It was a kick on Palmer that led to the Englishman's issue, though he continued to finish the full 90. ‘We rely on Cole because he is a big player, ’ Maresca continued. ‘We prefer to play with Cole, for sure. We will find different solutions (if he is not available). ’ Enzo Maresca may have four first-team stars unavailable for Monday's match with Wolves Cole Palmer (centre) and Romeo Lavia (left) are two players who have emerged as doubts Chelsea centre back Levi Colwill (second closest Chelsea player pictured) is also facing a race against time to be available On captain Reece James, whose stoppage-time free-kick saved Chelsea from defeat by Bournemouth, Maresca said: ‘For Reece, it's just to manage his situation. We are going to see (if he starts vs Wolves). We don't want an injury again. ’ Maresca was asked how he is finding January and said while laughing: ‘Disaster! On the pitch, it's normal that you judge results. We are in a business where we all judge results. ‘If we judge the performance of the team, I am happy. I am not happy about the second half against Bournemouth. ’ Published by Associated Newspapers Ltd Part of the Daily Mail, The Mail on Sunday & Metro Media Group
