When leaving training, Demichelis told the press:  'Put whatever title you want. In every sport, in every locker room, there are always these exchanges of opinions. 'I'm not authoritarian; I like to listen and hear the player's opinion so I can draw the best conclusions.   'We know what's at stake this weekend, and we want to represent the club as it deserves. I have no doubt that whoever goes out to play this weekend will be a true warrior, and that's the most important thing. ' Demichelis was appointed as Monterrey boss in August last year, having previously been in charge of River Plate.
