Kane has found the net with regularity since joining Bayern from Tottenham in 2023 and boasts a hugely impressive record of 64 goals in 64 appearances. So far this season Kane has already found the net on 20 occasions, which includes 14 goals in the Bundesliga. However, one former player has suggested that Kane's goals may not be quite enough. A former Arsenal star has questioned Harry Kane's performances for Bayern Munich Lukas Podolski praised Kane's prowess in front of goal but stated that the forward's performances aren't always 'outstanding'.   Speaking at an EA event in Cologne, Podolski said: 'I think not only this season but last season he scored like 40 goals, so don't always give such a high target to players. 'We are used to having [Cristiano] Ronaldo and [Lionel] Messi, who scored like 70, 80 goals per season, so now if you score 30 or 40 it's not enough anymore. 'I think [Kane] is one of the greatest strikers in our history, he scores goals, but maybe he's not that guy who is outstanding with his performances. 'But he's there to score goals, he's always in the box, he always smells something. ' Lukas Podolski indicated that Kane's performances aren't always of the highest standard Kane has scored 64 goals in 64 appearances since joining Bayern from Tottenham in 2023 Kane was absent for Bayern's game at home to Heidenheim on Saturday following a muscle strain but he is back in training.
