FT: Celtic 3-0 Livingston Livingston manager David Martindale tells BBC Sportsound: "I don't think we deserved anything from the game. "We had a really, really good first half and then we give away a cheap goal. The change of shape helped us offensively but left us a wee bit wide open at the back and that probably led to the other two goals. "I didn't come here to take a 1-0 defeat, I didn't come here to take a 2-0 defeat. We came here to try and stay in the game as long as we could. "Celtic deserved the three points but I think there's still positives to take. We've not played an opponent at this level for 18 months. The boys equipped themselves fairly well, especially the first half. " FT: Kilmarnock 0-0 Dundee Kilmarnock manager Stuart Kettlewell tells BBC Scotland: "Happy with the performance? No. We could've done a little bit more in the final third. "We were the better side, we had the better chances in the game. I felt we deserved to win it. But I don't go away happy, we could have given a lot more in our creation. "We needed to create clearer openings. We need a bit of patience, a bit of extra quality. We missed the best chances in the game. The run of the game was ours, but we're disappointed we didn't capitalise on it. " One game in the Scottish Premiership tomorrow, a noon showdown between St Mirren and Rangers in Paisley. The Buddies are unbeaten in their last three games against the Ibrox side, while Russell Martin is seeking his first league win after opening with two draws. Join us again for that one. FT: Kilmarnock 0-0 Dundee We might be unbeaten but we have yet to win. Will we get into the top six? No wins is a bit of a worry. Kettlewell has to turn draws into wins. John FT: Hearts 2-2 Motherwell This just shows that Motherwell need to improve their defence. We only have two true central defenders in Gordon and Balmer. Need more confidence in the defence. Mark FT: Celtic 3-0 Livingston On Tuesday's trip to Almaty, Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers added: "We want to be in the Champions League. I value all the players that have performed really well for us up to this point. "Apart from that first half on Wednesday when we were a bit passive in the game - which happens - we're in a great place going over there. "We have a great chance to go over there and qualify. "There's no doubt everyone can see where the gaps are in our squad and those aren't filled, but the players here are more than capable of going and getting the result we want. "The achievement is for the club and the players. It gives a real feelgood factor to everyone. We want to be at the highest level of European football and Champions League is that. "We live for Celtic to be the very best and when you have those opportunities you want to take them. " FT: Hearts 3-3 Motherwell I admit I only stayed at Tynecastle at 3-0 because the train home left at the same time whether I got on it early or not. "All we need is Claudio Braga" to Queen's Radio Ga Ga will be my earworm for the next week thanks to staying. Beyond belief. This side never give up. Gez As someone who had heart failure last year I really shouldn't go to Tynecastle. .. but that was some comeback by a team that should have started the game. Harry Milne took his goal well and that, and the introduction of Braga, sparked the fightback. Mike FT: Kilmarnock 0-0 Dundee Dundee head coach Steven Pressley tells BBC Scotland: "It's a good point. We've had a really difficult start to the season and the games, on paper, are hard games. The encouraging aspect for us is in all three, we've seen growth in certain areas. "It was important to come here and get a clean sheet, do the basics of the game well. The one thing you need in a squad is spirit and determination and I saw that in all our players today. That was really encouraging. "There's a lot of hard work ahead of us. We've shown some green shoots and a spirit and determination I'm really proud of. In terms of where we want to get to, we're still a million miles away. " FT: Hearts 3-3 Motherwell Motherwell manager Jens Berthel Askou: "It was exciting for me as well. We played fantastic football for most of the game. "We knew when Hearts had their spells they could put us under pressure. When they could convert their play into aerial duels and second balls. "We know they have qualities at set pieces, really dangerous, and whatever drops around the box. "We wanted to keep them away from that as long as we could. We succeeded well until we lost a bit of momentum. "Especially our decisions on the ball when we were up 2-0 or 3-0 up. We should have had longer spells on the ball rather than going so direct all the time. "But we also created two really good goals by being direct so it's difficult to find the perfect balance all the time. "Credit to Hearts, they did well to fight their way back into the game. Both teams went for it at the end. "When they equalise and the stadium explodes, the normal reaction is to collapse. But we stuck to our guns and tried to get the maximum from the game. " FT: Celtic 3-0 Livingston Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers tells BBC Sportsound: "Very pleased. I thought it was a really good performance. "We should've been ahead by half-time. Our patience was important. The crowd could see what we were trying to do. The second half, they get their reward for that. "I thought that Benji [Nygren] was the standout player. It's why we brought him to the club. He wants to score goals, he can score goals. " Celtic midfielder Benjamin Nygren hit a second-half double FT: Hearts 3-3 Motherwell Allan Preston Former Hearts midfielder on BBC Sportsound It was brilliant. Motherwell were a joy to watch for the first hour. Both teams had chances to win it. Game of the season nominee, can't see many more beating that. Motherwell's Lukas Fadinger applauds the travelling fans FT: Celtic 3-0 Livingston Rachel Corsie Former Scotland captain on BBC Radio 5 Live Brendan Rodgers will be very relieved. He does need the depth but they got a good result today and he's managed to keep a good number of players fresh. Tierney and Mc Gregor will be rested and key to the intensity and tempo on Tuesday night. FT: Celtic 3-0 Livingston With three games played, champions Celtic are the only team on maximum points. No goals conceded yet either. FT: Kilmarnock 0-0 Dundee Chick Young BBC Scotland pundit on Sportsound I'm sure Dundee will happily take that one point back to Tayside after their traumatic League Cup campaign. There were a few chances and neither team deserved to win this football match. FT: Hearts 3-3 Motherwell Rachel Corsie Former Scotland captain on Sportsound I felt Motherwell dominated the midfield area in the first half, it was great football. But when you look at the stats, it was a fairly even game in terms of possession and Hearts had almost double the number of shots on goals. FT: Celtic 3-0 Livingston And it's a HUGE next game for Celtic. A long trip to Kazakhstan for Tuesday's second leg against Kairat. With a Champions League place on the line, the tie is poised at 0-0. FT: Celtic 3-0 Livingston Pat Bonner Former Celtic goalkeeper on BBC Sportsound Brendan Rodgers took a risk today making eight changes and keeping his big guns on the bench. Bringing them on in the last half hour made the difference. You could see the confidence growing after the first goal and the tempo and movement increased. Now is all about the next game. Scottish League 2 Scottish League 1 Scottish Championship Bruce Anderson was Kilmarnock's top goalscorer last season At a glance Kilmarnock remain unbeaten under new manager Stuart Kettlewell Dundee steady ship with consecutive away draws to Rangers and Killie Hosts dominate at Rugby Park but fail to make most of chances PLAYER RATER Kilmarnock remain unbeaten under new manager Stuart Kettlewell as they played out a goalless Scottish Premiership draw against a much more resolute-looking Dundee. The former Motherwell boss was not necessarily the most popular appointment at Rugby Park but good early season form has won fans round, with a League Cup quarter-final also on the horizon. This game could have brought a win for Kilmarnock as captain Brad Lyons had two decent chances in the second half, but he was denied by his own team-mate taking the ball off his toes, and then a fine save from Jon Mc Cracken. The best opportunity fell to Bruce Anderson. The second-half substitute was picked out at the back post by Ben Brannan but glanced his header wide from six yards. At Dundee, manager Steven Pressley got off to a nightmare start, resulting in their early exit from the League Cup, but after draws at Rangers and now Kilmarnock he appears to have steadied the ship. The visitors did have the ball in the net in the first half, when Joe Westley chipped Max Stryjek inside the box. However, the former Burnley youngster was offside in the build-up. More possession, more shots, more shots on target, more touches in the final third. All the offensive stats skewed in Kilmarnock's favour - including their x G of 0. 92 compared to Dundee's 0. 25 - but they could not find a way through. They flung ball after ball into the box from wide but they rarely found their man - all the more surprising given they were aiming for 6ft 7in striker Marcus Dackers. Kilmarnock just missed that clinical edge, that accuracy with the final ball. Either Mc Cracken produced a fine save, Dundee's defenders put in heroic blocks, or Killie's attackers missed the target. Still, they're unbeaten again and that will boost them. Dundee will also take plenty of confidence from this. They were written off before a ball was kicked in the league season, but taking a point away from Rugby Park has been hard to do in recent years. Add that to the point from Ibrox and it's not been the wretched start that was forecast by many. Instead, Pressley is building belief at the back. Now they just need Simon Murray firing them in again, and they'll feel a lot better. Dundee head coach Steven Pressley: "It was important to come here and get a clean sheet, do the basics well. The one thing you need in a squad is spirit and determination and I saw that in all our players today. That was really encouraging. "There's a lot of hard work ahead of us. We've shown some green shoots and a spirit and determination I'm really proud of. In terms of where we want to get to, we're still a million miles away. " Stuart Kettlewell returns to Fir Park next Saturday as Kilmarnock travel to Motherwell (15: 00 BST), while Pressley's side face United in the Dundee derby next Sunday (14: 00).
