At 20, Dom Ballard is the youngest player to score an EFL hat-trick for Leyton Orient since Josh Koroma, aged 18, in 2017 Dom Ballard hit a hat-trick as Leyton Orient crushed Doncaster. Orient got off to the ideal start as they went ahead after just a minute, Ballard picking off a loose ball from Connor O'Riordan, advancing on goal and slotting past Ian Lawlor.
