Andy Campbell That's all for today's Scottish Premiership coverage. Thank you and enjoy the rest of your Saturday. FT: Livingston 2-2 Hibernian Livingston manager David Martindale is full of praise for his players, and for their refusal to accept defeat. He also has a fair assessment of a match that contained four goals, three disallowed goals and plenty of chances at either end. "It was a good game for the neutral, if not the two managers, " Martindale told BBC Sportsound. "The players are pressing, they're hungry, they want to win games of football. We just need to manage games better. " He wasn't overly thrilled with referee Callum Scott's performance, however. "It felt like we were playing the referee at times, it felt like 'wee club' syndrome again, " Martindale explained. Hibs' Kieron Bowie had an effort ruled out for a marginal offside, following a VAR review. For Martindale, that shows the work on the training pitch is paying off. "For me, that's good defending, " the manager added. "That's a good defensive line. We put a lot of work into that. That's a great defensive line. " Livingston manager David Martindale with Hibernian head coach David Gray pre-match FT: Hearts 4-0 Dundee FT: Falkirk 3-1 Kilmarnock Falkirk manager John Mc Glynn tells BBC Scotland: "Yeah, our first half, we blew Kilmarnock away, the boys were in top form. "Delighted with them, the three behind Ross [Mac Iver], the energy, the pace. Kyrell [Wilson] - what a first-half performance that was. Calvin Miller, Ethan Williams, they get the goals. "Obviously, the message at half-time was to try and keep it going but we knew that Kilmarnock would never ever just lie down and were going to get a lot closer to us and make it lot more difficult. To be fair, I thought they dominated the second half. "We'd have taken 3-1, we wanted 15 points, we wanted another three points to add to the 12 we had, which is getting us to 15. I believe that's a really, really good return after the first 11 games. " Some manager reaction on the way. .. Motherwell v St Mirren (17: 30) The first of this season's Premier Sports Cup semi-finals is coming up shortly. Follow live text and radio coverage St Johnstone remain three points clear at the top of the Scottish Championship. Arbroath and Greenock Morton have climbed the table. Here is your new Scottish Premiership table. Hibernian are up to third, Falkirk are up to fifth and bottom side Livingston have gained a point on Dundee, with the gap now two points. After today's three fixtures, six sides have a game in hand. Scottish Championship Luke Mc Beth Luke Mc Beth heads in Partick Thistle's fifth. FT: Falkirk 3-1 Kilmarnock Kilmarnock have won just two of their 11 Scottish Premiership games under Stuart Kettlewell (D4 L5). The last Killie manager to win as few as two of his first 11 matches was Lee Clark in 2016. FT Falkirk 3-1 Kilmarnock Martin Dowden BBC Sport Scotland at Falkirk Stadium It all came down to Falkirk's dominance in that first half. Few teams can overturn a three-goal margin and, while, Kilmarnock made a fist of it, it's now a fourth defeat in a row and just a couple of league wins this campaign. The home crowd were absolutely loving it in the opening period. It became a bit more nervy but they held firm to earn another impressive outcome. Scottish Leagues 1 & 2 It ends all square after a fairly dramatic match in West Lothian. Hibernian led twice, through Jamie Mc Grath and Martin Boyle, and twice Livingston came back into it through Jeremy Bokila and Graham Carey with a penalty in added time. All credit to Hearts, out-pressing and outplaying a Dundee side, which seemed to lack the imagination or ability to hold on to the ball or adapt. Nothing working today. Not entirely sure what Dundee need to get them out of the situation they are in but definitely need more attacking ambition, can't simply sit deep with a low block against every team and hope for counter opportunities. Too many mistakes, looked like they hadn't played together at times. Steve Kris Moore Kris Moore levels for Morton in the first minute of added time. Graham Carey, penalty Livingston are level again with substitute Graham Carey converting the penalty confidently. Will there be a winner in added time? Livingston 1-2 Hibernian Substitute Nicky Cadden is penalised for handball at a corner and Livingston have a spot-kick. Livingston 1-2 Hibernian Livingston may have a spot-kick here for handball. VAR are checking. Hearts end the first quarter of their Premiership fixtures nine points clear at the top of the table after a clinical, four-goal demolition of Dundee. The Tynecastle side take full advantage of Celtic being in Premier Sports Cup semi-final action on Sunday to extend their lead over the reigning champions. Once Lawrence Shankland struck after half-an-hour to move top of the Premiership scoring stakes with seven goals, there was only going to be one winner. Striker partner Pierre Landry Kabore justified the decision to hand him a start with a goal either side of the break and Tomas Bent Magnusson added a fourth. Pierre Landry Kabore netted twice for Hearts Livingston scored a stoppage-time penalty to deny Hibernian victory in an absorbing contest and move the Scottish Premiership's bottom side to within two points of Dundee. It seemed that Hibs would claim the win until substitute Nicky Cadden was penalised for a handball - after a VAR review - and substitute Graham Carey stepped up to fire a perfect spot-kick into the top-right hand corner. It was a fitting climax to a game which ebbed and flowed right from the start. Hibs led after just 18 seconds when Jamie Mc Grath struck a beautiful, first-time effort off the inside of a post from Thibault Klidje's clever knock-down. It was the league's fastest goal this season. Hibs news and analysis all in one place Follow Livingston on BBC Sport Livingston weathered the early Hibs whirlwind, in which Rocky Bushiri had a smart volley ruled out for offside, and hit back with a beautiful goal of their own. Building from back to front, a series of swift passes ended with Scott Pittman pulling the ball back for Jeremy Bokila to apply the deftest of finishes into the bottom corner as parity was restored before the interval. Pittman also felt unlucky to have a goal of his own disallowed earlier, when Callum Scott penalised Bokila for a foul on Grant Hanley in the build-up. Hibs had beaten Livingston twice this season, with an aggregate score of 6-0, and looked like they would add a third triumph. Restored to the starting XI after being left out against Rangers in midweek, Martin Boyle repaid David Gray's faith with a fine touch and turn inside the box to give himself the easiest of tasks to bury the ball beyond Jerome Prior. Livingston's late leveller was just, and nearly came earlier than Carey's well-taken penalty. After a scramble in the Hibs box, substitute Tete Yengi should have scored but his weak effort was saved by keeper Jerome Sallinger's legs. David Martindale's men refused to accept defeat, though, and deservedly drew level with virtually the last kick of the ball. They stay bottom - and are still looking for their first win since 9 August - but do edge closer to Dundee. As for Hibs, spurning two points late on will sting, but they still move back into third place, ahead of Rangers and Falkirk on goal difference. Livingston will be glad they don't have to play Hibs for a while. They've played them three times this season, losing two and drawing one, with an aggregate score of 8-2. The visitors got off to a flier and pretty much kept up the tempo throughout, with the exception of the second part of the first half in which Livi gave themselves a foothold. With the quality of Boyle, Mc Grath and Josh Mulligan at their disposal, the capital club always looked the more likely, the more dangerous. They scored two good goals and could, arguably should, have had more. As for Livi, they need to start winning, and quickly. Just the single Premiership victory from their opening 11 games. They did, however, play very well at times here. They just can't seem to string together a 90-minute performance, and then a series of 90-minute performances. It could have been worse for them, but for a 'hair-line' offside decision to deny Kieron Bowie an impressive third for Hibs. Dundee's defeat at Tynecastle means Livingston are still bottom but not adrift. Livingston manager David Martindale: "It was a good game for the neutral, if not the two managers. It felt like we were playing the referee at times, it felt like 'wee club' syndrome again. "The players are pressing, they're hungry, they want to win games of football. We just need to manage games better. " Hibernian head coach David Gray: "We were way below where we needed to be. We know we need to be miles better. "We came up short in a game we were twice ahead in and had chances to win. If I'm honest, we didn't do enough to win the game. That's a reflection on me and my team. I set the team up; it's my responsibility. " Livingston are away to Falkirk on Premiership duty on Saturday 8 November (15: 00 GMT), while Hibs' last match before the upcoming international break is a trip to face St Mirren later that day (17: 45).
