'The thoughts of everyone at the Club are with their family and friends at this incredibly difficult time. It had just happened as there were only a few people in front of us. 'There was one steward working on him, and we were all screaming for them to get a defibrillator. It was chaos. 'A young girl ran over to get the defibrillator. At this point more stewards came running over and formed a circle around him. 'They worked on him for a long time, about 20 minutes and he was taken into an ambulance. We are all traumatised by it. ' The tributes began to flood in in the aftermath on social media, with countless fans sending their condolences.   Former Premier League rivals Luton Town also commented on the announcement, writing: 'We send our condolences to their family, friends and all at Manchester City at this time.
