The 34-year-old has been a free agent since leaving Adana Demirspor in Turkey this summer. Balotelli scored seven goals in 16 games in the Turkish Super Lig last season, before he was sent off in his final appearance of the campaign. The 36-time Italy international - who last represented his country in 2018 - has so far played for 11 different teams during a turbulent club career - Lumezzane, Inter Milan, City, AC Milan, Liverpool, Nice, Marseille, Brescia, Monza, Sion and Adana. According to Cope Alicante and AS, talks between Intercity and Balotelli are going well but no deal has yet been agreed.
