Kilmarnock v Rangers (20: 00) It may be getting late but Saturday's Scottish Premiership fixture card is not yet complete. Live text and radio coverage of Kilmarnock's home match with Rangers coming up, plus some more reaction from today's afternoon games. Drizzly weather is forecast in East Ayrshire Okay, I'm off to see if anyone is letting out their garden shed for a week in Boston or Providence next summer. We'll resume our coverage nearer kick-off time at Rugby Park. The radio team are still going full steam ahead. FT: Hibernian 3-0 Falkirk Hibernian head coach David Gray tells BBC Scotland: "Really positive. Everything I asked the players to do, I saw. They were on the front foot, real dominant performance, first half. "Second half, credit to Falkirk, they had a real go and were more direct at times. We got the third goal at a good time. "We will play better than we did in the second half, but at the same time they showed resilience, kept a clean sheet and we've given ourselves a good platform to build on. "I don't like singling players out, but Josh [Mulligan] set the tone. His performance was excellent, with and without the ball. His desire to run forward and play with that intensity, and he deserved the man of the match. FT: St Mirren 2-0 Dundee United Dundee United manager Jim Goodwin tells BBC Scotland: "I think the game turned on those two key moments [the goals]. It summed up the afternoon and summed up the last few weeks for us in terms of not defending the box well enough. "St Mirren were better in those ugly moments. In the second half we had great opportunities. We had a great chance in the first half, and if that goes in, it changes the perspective of the game. "We're on a tough run, we're not shying away from that. We deserve all the criticism that comes our way. We've had too many draws and a defeat today. "There's no other way to get out of it other than working hard on the training pitch and sticking together. It takes hard work, a lot of teams this season have been on tricky runs and have had to fight hard to get out the other side, and we're no different to anyone else. " FT: Dundee 1-3 Aberdeen Dundee boss Steven Pressley tells BBC Scotland: "I'm extremely disappointed because, especially with the ball, I think it's the best we've played all season. We controlled long periods of the game with possession, we always looked a danger and I was really proud of the group. "Against the ball we were really aggressive in our pressure and we worked so hard in the game. We had a couple of mistakes that put us on the back foot but we responded brilliantly. "When we got the goal back I was confident we would get something from the game because we were controlling it for such long periods. The final goal was a sucker punch because we'd thrown everything at it. My only complaint is that after such a positive performance we got nothing from the game. " FT: Hibernian 3-0 Falkirk Falkirk manager John Mc Glynn: "We were makers of our own downfall. We've got our own style of playing, that's no secret, we've been doing the same thing for a few years now. "We lose the ball deep in our own half for both the first and second goal. We were a little threat in the first half, but coming in 2-0 down we looked sluggish from the game on Wednesday. "The second half was much better. We've put the ball in the back of the net [disallowed goal], and if that goes for us that's 2-1. We were the better team in the second half and it could have been a turning point. "We're not going to crucify ourselves. We dust ourselves down and get ready for Hearts next week. Today, it was just a little bit too far for us. " FT: Motherwell 3-0 Livingston Livingston manager David Martindale tells BBC Scotland: "I don't think there was much in the game in the first half. It's a good [first] goal but we shouldn't turn our back on it. "We shot ourselves in the foot, we were playing too narrow. They hit us with a couple of counters. Second half I didn't think there was a lot in it and we give away a penalty. I've not had a chance to look at it back, I'm not interested in that to be honest. Then the game becomes difficult. "I'll sit and tell you now, Motherwell will be top four. That's not an excuse for us, but they're a very, very good team, really well drilled. I'll be surprised if they don't make top four. " FT: Dundee 1-3 Aberdeen Aberdeen manager Jimmy Thelin tells BBC Scotland: "I'm really happy for all the fans that were here today. "They were so loud for the whole game and the players are fighting so hard. I think it was a game of two halves, I thought we were really good in the first half but Dundee came out in the second half and created some momentum. "The mental capacity of the squad, the subs made a difference, so I think the team is growing. " FT: Motherwell 2-0 Livingston Martin Dowden BBC Sport Scotland at Fir Park Eight league games unbeaten. Five wins and three draws. Four clean sheets in a row. Three goals in this win. Impressive stats. More so, Motherwell are currently just six points off the top. Yes, they've played one or two more games than some around them but what a season this is developing into. Fir Park is a place of joy for home fans these days with little sign of that turning. The kick-offs listed below are local times. FT: Hibernian 3-0 Falkirk Hibs did lose their way for a spell after the interval but that seems like a big win after two defeats on the spin. David Gray takes his team to Rangers and Dundee United before a festive home derby with Hearts on 27 December. FT: Hibernian 3-0 Falkirk Allan Preston Former Hearts midfielder on BBC Sportsound Falkirk were decent for 15-20 minutes in the second half but Hibs were very good. Josh Mulligan was the best player on the park by a mile. FT: Dundee 1-3 Aberdeen Willie Miller Former Aberdeen captain on BBC Sportsound Aberdeen dominated everything in the first half, with Stuart Armstrong just gliding across the grass and Marko Lazetic leading the line extremely well. What a change of attitude from Dundee after the break, full of grit and determination. It looked like Dundee might get an equaliser but Kevin Nisbet gets the opportunity and curls in with class and composure. Elliot Watt's curling effort put Motherwell a goal ahead against Livingston At a glance Motherwell stay third and move six points off top with Watt strike, Stamatelopoulos penalty and Longelo tap-in Fir Park side now unbeaten in eight league games and have kept four straight clean sheets Bottom-club Livingston's winless run stretches to 13 matches Much-changed Motherwell moved to within six points of the Scottish Premiership summit after extending their unbeaten streak to eight games with a routine three-goal win over bottom-club Livingston. The seven switches made to the hosts' starting line-up at Fir Park had no negative impact on their momentum or attractive playing style, with the first two goals coming from two players brought back into the team. Elliot Watt, the Lanarkshire side's standout player of the season, beat visiting goalkeeper Jerome Prior with a curling effort from the edge of the area on the 18th minute to put Motherwell one up. It was two on the hour as a trip from Lewis Smith on Johnny Koutroumbis allowed Apostolos Stamatelopoulos to convert from the spot for Jens Berthel Askou's men, who have kept four straight clean sheets. And another impressive victory was sealed when Regan Charles-Cook rolled one to the back post for substitute left-back Emmanuel Longelo to tap in his fifth goal of the campaign. Livingston managed just one shot on target and they remain without a league victory since early August - a run of 13 matches. The West Lothian side have also failed to win in their last 17 Premiership visits to Fir Park. Despite working Motherwell goalkeeper Calum Ward just once, a fierce strike from Mahamadou Susoho, a late push meant Livingston ended the match with 12 attempts. But the damage was already inflicted on a side seriously lacking in confidence by a team who cannot get enough of it. After seven changes to the line-up, and with key players such as Longelo, Stephen Welsh and Callum Slattery on the bench, there was no difference to Motherwell's approach and performance level. That pays testament to what Askou is creating at Fir Park. His side being six points off top in December, having suffered just two league defeats all season, does not look normal, nor does the football this Motherwell team are playing. The support are watching their team play in a way they have never seen before, and with each passing week their ceiling rises. Motherwell manager Jens Bethel Askou: "It's hard not to be happy with the run we have gone through over the past two weeks, with five games, four clean sheets, just conceding once, and a good number of points. "Far from everything has been perfect, I think we can all admit to that, there have been plenty of mistakes, but we have come through a very hectic period with some big games. We've been able to rotate a lot. "We try to build a style and an approach in this club, that we're not afraid of anything, that we play with bravery and confidence in the way we do things. " Livingston manager David Martindale: "I don't think there was much in the game in the first half. It's a good [first] goal but we shouldn't turn our back on it. "Second half I didn't think there was a lot in it either, then we give away a penalty. " Both sides return to action next Saturday (15: 00 GMT) as Motherwell travel to Dundee United and Livingston host fellow strugglers Dundee. After the opportunity to rate players has closed, the score displayed represents the average from all the submissions by BBC Sport users.
