Are the Blues heading towards a top four finish and the Champions League under Enzo Maresca? The last time they graced the Champions League stage was when Real Madrid came to Stamford Bridge in April 2023. But Chelsea certainly appear to be heading in the right direction under Italian Maresca and a win today will take them back level on 25 points with second-placed Arsenal - two points clear of Manchester City, who do not kick-off until 16: 00. Tottenham v Fulham (13: 30 GMT) Chris Sutton Former Premier League striker I love watching Tottenham and what they do. They were missing Micky van de ven and Cristian Romero against Manchester City last week but went to Etihad Stadium, played brilliantly and kept a clean sheet too. The big worry for Spurs is that Guglielmo Vicario got injured in that game. Fraser Forster is an excellent goalkeeper who has had a great career but he is not renowned for being brilliant with his feet. Forster can appear a bit clunky on the ball, a little bit like I did when I played for Chelsea, and that could be an issue because of the way Ange Postecoglou wants Spurs to play. Fulham were on the opposite end of a four-goal scoreline at home to Wolves last weekend but, going off what I have seen from them this season, that is likely to be a one-off. The Cottagers have scored in every game this season apart from their opening-weekend defeat at Old Trafford, and they will be dangerous here too. So, I don't think this will be easy for Spurs but if their forwards play like they did against City, they will come out on top again. Sutton's prediction: 3-1 Tottenham v Fulham (13: 30 GMT) Tottenham Hotspur Tottenham have lost just one of their last 14 Premier League home games against Fulham (W10 D3), a 1-0 loss in March 2013. Tottenham v Fulham (13. 30 GMT) Emma Smith BBC Sport at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium Andreas Pereira, who had started all 12 of Fulham's league matches this season before today, is not in the matchday squad. The reason is unknown currently, but it may be down to an interview he did with a Brazilian outlet this week. Pereira spoke about transfer links last summer, saying he spoke with Marseille about a move and that “unfortunately”
it didn’t work out. Man Utd v Everton (13: 30 GMT) Shamoon Hafez BBC Sport football news reporter at Old Trafford Portuguese boss Ruben Amorim has made a decent start as Manchester United boss, unbeaten after two games, and takes charge of the Red Devils at Old Trafford in the Premier League for the first time. He comes up against an Everton side that have the toughest of months, starting here before facing Merseyside rivals Liverpool, Arsenal, champions Manchester City, Chelsea, with games also against Wolves and Nottingham Forest sandwiched in between. League games involving United have produced only 26 goals this season, the lowest tally in the top-flight, while matches featuring Everton have seen the ball hit the net 27 times. Lump on the goalless draw then? Man Utd v Everton (13: 30 GMT) Manchester United This video can not be played Ruben Amorim on Man Utd job 'destiny' New Manchester United boss Ruben Amorim is preparing for his first Premier League game at Old Trafford. The Reds picked up a point at Ipswich in his first game last Sunday, before a win against Bodo/Glimt in the Europa League on Thursday. Amorim has been speaking to Mark Chapman for Football Focus this week, with the Portuguese manager explaining why he appears to be "very relaxed" in his new job. "I will be OK - no matter what, " Amorim said. "In this stage of my life, I will be OK so that's why I am relaxed. "Everybody says to me: 'This will change me'. This will not change me. "If something happens, I will be frustrated for a while but I know I will recover. But I believe that we are going to succeed. "I'm ready. When I had this invitation, I felt that it was really hard to leave my players at Sporting. But, when I had this opportunity, I felt I had to do this [and make the move]. "Maybe it is destiny and I will be a little bit lucky in the beginning and then everything is going to be fine. " Chelsea v Aston Villa (13: 30 GMT) Aston Villa make five changes for their visit to Chelsea after a disappointing 2-2 draw with Crystal Palace.
