A verbal agreement has been struck between all parties for Hojlund to join Napoli on loan. He won the FA Cup with United during the 2023-24 season.   By joining Napoli, Hojlund will be reunited with his former United team-mate Scott Mc Tominay. Napoli won the Serie A title last season and started this campaign with a 2-0 victory away to Sassuolo.
