There's top Premier League and EFL action across the day on Tuesday. We have a trio of selections which make up our bets for the day. GET £30 IN FREE BETS WITH TALKSPORT BET Charlton to beat Crawley @ 13/20 Crawley’s 4-3 FA Cup defeat to Lincoln on Saturday made it only three wins in 20 matches for the Red Devils, and one of those victories was a 2-1 extra-time triumph over non-league Maidenhead, following a 1-1 draw at the end of 90 minutes. It’s a worrying run for Rob Elliot's men and the Crawley gaffer is also hampered by a lengthy injury list. Combative midfielder Jay Williams is out of Tuesday night’s League One trip to Charlton with a tendon problem, while key defensive duo Dion Conroy and Josh Flint are long-term absentees. It was no surprise to see the Red Devils ship four goals against the Imps on Saturday, given their depleted defence and lack of midfield cover, and it’s hard to see Elliot’s men leaving the Valley with a positive result. It’s only two defeats in 10 games for Chalton, who have lost just twice at their south London base all season, and Nathan Jones’ side impressed when hammering Walsall 4-0 at the Bescot in the cup at the weekend. At 6/10, in-form Charlton look the best bet on Tuesday night’s card. Over 3. 5 goals in Leicester v West Ham @ 9/5 West Ham were wide open when losing 5-2 to Arsenal on Saturday, and while the Hammers were up against a top side last weekend, there has been a trend for high-scoring games when the Irons are in action. Julen Lopetegui, who is coming under increasing pressure, has seen matches involving his side finish 3-0, 3-1, 4-1, 5-1 and 5-2 this season and a 3-0 defeat to Chelsea, 4-1 loss to Tottenham and 5-2 hammering by Arsenal are never going to sit well with the east London crowd. West Ham can’t find a regular goalscoring option, which means Lopetegui is forced into an open and attacking set-up to create chances for his goal-shy forward line and that means opportunities at the other end for the opposition. Leicester will sense a chance to collect a much-needed three points at the King Power Stadium on Tuesday night, but the Foxes conceded four goals at Brentford on Saturday and they have allowed 24 strikes in their last nine games. It’s hard to see how the goals won’t flow when two leaky defences clash on Tuesday night, and backing over 3. 5 looks a good value play. Ipswich to beat Crystal Palace @ 7/4 Ipswich have lost only one of their last four Premier League matches, and the Tractor Boys gave a good show when losing 1-0 to a strong Nottingham Forest outfit on Saturday. The Suffolk side look a nice price to see off the challenge of Crystal Palace at Portman Road. Palace have won only one Premier League match all season, and although the Eagles are a better side than that record suggests, it’s hard to be sweet on a team who have lost to West Ham, Brentford, Everton and Fulham.
