Inter Milan host Liverpool in the sixth round of UEFA Champions League league phase fixtures, set to be broadcast live on Amazon Prime in the UK. Arne Slot's side travel to northern Italy in disarray, following Mohamed Salah – ranked at no. 1 Four Four Two's list of the best African footballers ever – revealing that he feels he has been "thrown under the bus" by the club, after being left on the bench for three consecutive games. That drama comes amid a tough run of form for the Reds, with just one win in six games, including a 4-1 loss to PSV last time out in this competition, and their most recent offering seeing them throw away a 2-0 lead against promoted side Leeds United. There could be fireworks, but who's talking us through the action?

Slot's men travel to Italy to face Inter, with the action set to be broadcast live on Amazon Prime Video in the UK. Gabby Logan will present the coverage, with the streaming giant's lead commentator Jon Champion calling the action. He will be joined by former England and Newcastle United striker Alan Shearer on co-commentary duty, with Mark Clattenburg on hand as a referee pundit, to dissect any contentious decisions by the man in the middle.

Tonight's broadcast will also feature former Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge, who made 160 appearances for the Merseyside outfit, so should have plenty of his own thoughts on the club's current struggles. Joining Sturridge on punditry duty is Italian football icon Clarence Seedorf, who turned out for both Inter and AC Milan at the San Siro, bringing plenty of insight on the challenge Liverpool could face. The forward made 121 appearances for Liverpool, and scored five goals on their route to lifting Old Big Ears back in 2004/05, overcoming Inter's city rivals in the final.

Reporters Gabriel Clarke and Alex Aljoe complete Amazon's line-up for this tantalising clash, tasked with quizzing the players and managers before and after the game. Inter Milan reached the final of this competition last year, where they were roundly beaten by Paris Saint-Germain, with Liverpool having reached the final two back in 2021/22, beaten narrowly by Real Madrid. Coverage starts on Amazon Prime Video at 6. 30pm on Tuesday evening. Isaac Stacey Stronge is a freelance football writer working for Four Four Two, Manchester United and Football League World.
