Manchester United Women's young gun Grace Clinton can't get enough of her 40-yard wonder strike against Aston Villa. Just don't tell her you believe she committed a foul moments before unleashing from distance in the 4-0 victory. The 21-year-old scored United's third on the stroke of half-time when she robbed Villa's Jill Baijings of the ball near the halfway line. Clinton took two touches before she lifted her head up and spotted Sabrina D'Angelo off her line. With one thumping swing of her right leg, Clinton had the ball in the back of the net from distance and was immediately mobbed by Ella Toone. However, replays showed Clinton may have been a bit fortunate to escape giving away a foul as it appeared she tugged on Baijing's shirt and pushed her to the ground. Speaking on talk SPORT's The Kickback, Clinton asked host Shebhan Aherne whether she'd seen her wonder goal. "Yeah, we were watching, it was amazing, " Aherne said. Clinton also conceded she'd 'seen it quite a bit' and would constantly hit the replay button on her phone when watching it. The United star then asked Aherne whether she thought it was a foul on Baijing. Aherne looked directly at the camera and cheekily replied: "Turn away and I'll give an honest answer. " Clinton's individual brilliance helped United to a big three points as they look to secure a Champions League berth for next season and they followed it up with three more as they won 2-0 against Everton, with Clinton netting again. This time, though, her goal was from a yard out as she tapped home the second of the game. The top three teams in the Women's Super League qualify for the Champions League and United are well in contention as they sit third on 42 points, seven clear of fourth-placed Manchester City. Manchester United Women have qualified just once for the tournament, which is why Clinton and her teammates are hungry to return and take on the continent's elite. "Who doesn't want to play Champions League football, " she said. "I haven't played that yet. I'd love to deliver that for the fans and our team. "We're really pushing for that this year. " Champions League qualification isn't the only thing United Women can secure this season. Although the WSL title may be out of reach given they're six points off league leaders Chelsea and are out of the Women's League Cup, the Red Devils are in the semi-finals of the Women's FA Cup and where they will face City. Even though Clinton is very much in the infancy of her career at United, she's already dreaming big about silverware and showcasing ruthless ambition. When asked by Aherne what her ambitions are at United, Clinton replied: "Oh, win everything we're in. "It's a big club who expect big things, they expect titles so yeah, we're really pushing for it.
